Your email dated 5.3.2021,we have received reminder to pay the fines of total of Rs. 3,72,880/- In this connection we wish to inform that we have remitted a sum of Rs.9,440 (TDS Rs.600/-) (including GST @ 18%) towards fine levied under Regulation 31 on 6.3.2021(UTR attached herewith) In this connection we further wish to inform you that in our letter and email dated 19-2-2021 we have informed BSE (Mr. Manish Raval Email ID) the reasons for the inadvertent omission of the name of one of the member in the Corporate Governance Report as on 31.12.2020 in the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Stake holders Relationship committee. However we have submitted /filed on 19-02-2021 a revised Report on Corporate Governance as on 31.12.2020 and we have also informed this to BSE (Mr. Manish Raval Email ID) in the above mentioned letter/mail and requested for WAIVER OF the fine already levied. we request you once again to consider our earlier request for WAIVER of the fine.
