Shipping Corpn. - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Change in RTA

In compliance with the provisions of Regulation 30 and Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, we hereby notify the Stock Exchange that:
The Management of the Company has approved the appointment of M/s. Bigshare Services Pvt Ltd, as Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) for a period of two years from 01.05.2021 to 30.04.2023 with the approval of competent Authority. An Agreement with the RTA will be executed in due course.
