Reliance Inds. - 'Record Date' For The Purpose Of First Call On 42,26,26,894 Partly Paid-Up Equity Shares Of Face Value Of Rs

The Company had, vide letter dated March 26, 2021, intimated that the First Call of Rs. 314.25 per partly paid-up equity share (including a premium of Rs. 311.75 per share) would be payable on the aforesaid shares from May 17, 2021 to May 31, 2021 (both days inclusive).
Further in this regard, we wish to inform you that the Rights Issue Committee constituted by the Board of Directors of the Company has, at its meeting held today, fixed Wednesday, May 12, 2021 as the 'Record Date' for the purpose of determining the holders of the partly paid-up equity shares
who shall be liable to pay the money on the First Call.
Trading of the Rs. 2.50 partly paid-up equity shares of the Company (ISIN IN9002A01024) on the stock exchanges would be suspended with effect from May 11, 2021. The last date for trading of these partly paid-up shares will be May 10, 2021.
