Shipping Corpn. - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Change in Directorate

In continuation to our letter dated 14.12.2020 and 05.04.2021, we further intimate that, the appointment of Shri Vikram Singh as Part-time Official Director on the Board of SCI is effective from 02.06.2021 i.e. the date of approval of DIN from MCA. The said approval from MCA was received by the Company today.
Brief profile of Shri Vikram Singh is attached herewith as Annexure-1.
