Britannia Ind. - Updates On 5.5% Unsecured, Non-Convertible, Redeemable Fully Paid-Up Debentures Of Rs. 29 Each

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the allotment of 24,08,68,296 5.5% Unsecured, Non-Convertible, Redeemable fully paid-up Debentures of Rs. 29 each on 3rd June, 2021, the Company has received trading approvals from BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited vide their letters DCS/AMAL/TP/JR/12551/2021-22 and NSE/LIST/C/2021/0497 dated July 16, 2021 respectively, the copies of the letter are enclosed.
