Nestle India - Board Meeting Outcome for Outcome Of Board Meeting

Nestle India Limited has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28th July 2021, has approved:

a) Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th June 2021
b) Scheme of Arrangement for the transfer of balance of General Reserve to the Retained Earnings under Section 230 of the Companies Act 2013 as amended read with other applicable provisions of the Act and Rules thereunder
c) In-principle approval to disinvest Company's entire minority stake in Sahyadri Agro and Dairy Private Limited.
