NIIT LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/01/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2021, both Consolidated and Standalone and also to consider proposal relating to declaration of interim dividend, if any for the financial year 2021-22.
