Goblin India Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/01/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Listing Regulations, the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company GOBLIN INDIA LIMITED shall be held on Friday, January 28, 2022 at 4.00 PM at the registered office of the company to transact the following business:\r\n \r\n1 To discuss on raising of capital and issuance of securities on preferential issue basis;\r\n2. To fix the date for convening Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the company, and other related matters;\r\n3. To consider and approve the draft notice calling Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the company for the circulation to the members of the company seeking approval for the item No. 1 mentioned in notice ;\r\n4. To consider and transit any other business which may be placed before the board with the permission of the Chairman.
