Axis Bank Ltd. - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Allotment of ESOP / ESPS

We are pleased to inform that the Bank has allotted 1,13,836 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on May 17, 2022, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.\r\nThe paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 614,18,39,798 (307,09,19,899 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 614,20,67,470 (307,10,33,735 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
