The twenty-seventh Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company will be held on Thursday, June 9, 2022 at 3.30 p.m. IST through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means.\r\nPursuant to Regulation 34(1) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are submitting herewith the Integrated Annual Report of the Company along with the Notice of AGM for the financial year 2021-22 which is being sent to the Members, who have registered their e-mail addresses with the Company/ Depositories, through electronic mode.
