NTPC - Board recommends Final Dividend

NTPC Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 20, 2022, inter alia, have also recommended the final dividend of Rs. 3/- per equity share for the financial year 2021-22, subject to the approval of the Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The final dividend is in addition to the interim dividend of Rs. 4/- per equity share for the financial year 2021-22 paid in February 2022.
