ITC Ltd. - AGM On 20Th July, 2022

We enclose, in terms of Regulations 30 and 34 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a copy of the Report and Accounts of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2022 together with the Notice dated 18th May, 2022 convening the 111th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company on 20th July, 2022. \r\n\r\nThe aforesaid Report and Accounts and AGM Notice are also being uploaded on the Company's corporate website www.itcportal.com.
