IndusInd Bank - Closure of trading window

Indusind Bank Limited has informed the Exchange about Closure of trading windowIn terms of the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons in Securities of the Bank (Insider Trading Code) formulated under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the ???Trading Window' for trading in securities of the Bank shall remain closed from Monday, December 26, 2022 up to two days after the date of declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine-months ending December 31, 2022.
