Shipping Corpn. - Announcement Under Regulation 30 Of SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 201

Shipping Corporation Of India Limited has informed the Exchange as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 -\r\nThe Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways vide letter no. SS-11012/1/2022-SU, Office Order no. 09/2022 dated 06.12.2022 informed the Company that with the approval of Competent Authority, Capt. Binesh Kumar Tyagi, CMD, Shipping Corporation of India Limited (SCI) will also hold the additional charge of the post of Director (L&PS), SCI for a period of 3 (three) months w.e.f. 03.12.2022, or till the appointment of regular incumbent to the post, or until further orders, whichever is earliest. The Brief profile of Capt. Binesh Kumar Tyagi, DIN: 08966904, is attached herewith as Annexure-1.
