Mahi. & Mahi - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Acquisition

The Company has received an intimation from Mahindra Logistics Limited, a listed subsidiary of the Company (\MLL\), informing that MLL Global Logistics Limited (\MGLL\) has been\r\nincorporated in United Kingdom on 6th December, 2022 as a wholly owned subsidiary of MLL. Pursuant to the above, MGLL has also become a subsidiary of the Company with effect from 6th December, 2022
