The Board of Directors have decided to seek approval of the members of the Company through Postal Ballot for appointment of Mr. Pradeep Jain (DIN: 02110401) as a Whole-time Director and Ms. Mamta Sundara (DIN: 05356182) as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the Company.The Members, whose names appear in the Register of Members / List of Beneficial Owners as on Friday, 17th March 2023, being the cut-off date will be entitled to vote on the aforesaid resolution(s).
