Sun Pharma. - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Acquisition

This is to inform you that Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Limited (which includes its subsidiaries and/or associate companies) ('Company') has entered into an agreement to acquire 60% shareholding in Vivaldis Health And Foods Private Limited from its existing shareholders with remaining 40% shareholding to be acquired in future as per certain terms & conditions.\r\n\r\nThe particulars of the disclosure required as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, are provided in Annexure A as enclosed herewith.\r\n\r\nThis is for your information and dissemination.
