IDFC L - Shareholders meeting

IDFC First Bank Limited has informed the Exchange regarding Notice of Postal BallotWe wish to inform that IDFC FIRST Bank Limited (the Bank ) is seeking approval of its Members in respect of the following matter to be passed through Postal Ballot, by way of remote electronic voting ( E-voting ) only:1 To approve Raising of Capital through issuance of Equity Shares and/or other Equity-linked Securities - Special Resolution. In this regard, please find enclosed a copy of Postal Ballot Notice dated February 18, 2021 together with the Explanatory Statement.The Bank has engaged the services of KFIN to provide E-voting facility to its Members. The E-voting period commences from 9.00 a.m. (IST) on Saturday, February 20, 2021 and ends at 5.00 p.m. (IST) on Sunday, March 21, 2021. The result of the voting will be announced on or before Tuesday, March 23, 2021.The said Postal Ballot Notice will also be made available on the website of the Bank at www.idfcfirstbank.com.
