In furtherance to the earlier communication dated May 07, 2019 and in terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that:\r\n\r\na) upon approval of Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal and the Department of Telecommunications, the Composite scheme of arrangement between Bharti Airtel Limited, Bharti Airtel Services Limited, Hughes Communications India Private Limited and HCIL Comtel Private Limited and their respective shareholders and creditors under Sections 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, has become effective on Tuesday, January 04, 2022; and\r\n\r\nb) the Company holds ~ 33% stake in Hughes Communications India Private Limited w.e.f. January 04, 2022. The details as required to be disclosed under aforesaid Regulation 30 read with SEBI Circular dated September 9, 2015, are enclosed.\r\n\r\nThe press release issued by the Company in this regard, is also enclosed.\r\n\r\nKindly take the same on record.
