GAIL (India) - Approval Of Resolution Plan Of GAIL By National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Submitted In The Corporate Ins

This is to inform that Resolution Professional of JBF Petrochemicals Limited submitted GAIL's Resolution Plan for approval of the Hon'ble NCLT, Ahmedabad Bench in accordance with the provisions of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 (IBC) and the rules and regulations made thereunder. Resolution Plan of GAIL (India) Limited has been approved by NCLT, Ahmedabad in terms of Section 31 of IBC on 13.03.2023. Please find attached the order passed by Hon'ble NCLT, Ahmedabad Bench which was published on its website on 14.03.2023.
