Approve and take on record the Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2023;\r\n\r\n2. Approve and take on record the Audited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2023;\r\n\r\n3.
