Algoquant Fintech Q3 net profit zooms 139.11% at Rs 4.28 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.28 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2023 as compared to Rs 1.79 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 139.11 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose two fold by 267.30 per cent at Rs 21.12 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 5.75 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 294.41 per cent to Rs 14.83 crore from Rs 3.76 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 42.86 per cent at Rs 0.10 crore versus (Dec'22 Rs 0.07 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 216.08 per cent to Rs 6.29 crore as against Rs 1.99 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 14.08 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 3833.33 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.18 crore, while Taxation increased by 156.25 per cent at Rs 0.41 crore (Dec'22 Rs 0.16 crore).
