Polo Queen Industria Q3 net profit down 17.46% at Rs 0.52 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.52 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2023 as compared to Rs 0.63 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 17.46 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 27.59 per cent at Rs 13.83 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 19.10 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 28.46 per cent to Rs 12.72 crore from Rs 17.78 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit slipped by 15.91 per cent to Rs 1.11 crore as against Rs 1.32 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 16.67 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 18.60 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.35 crore, while Taxation decreased by 5.26 per cent at Rs 0.18 crore (Dec'22 Rs 0.19 crore).
