EQUIPPP:The Exchange has sought clarification from Equippp Social Impact Technologies Limited with respect to announcement dated 13-Feb-2024, regarding "" Equippp Social Impact Technologies Limited has informed the Exchange regarding Board meeting held on February 13, 2024."". On basis of above?? and??as per Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015, read with SEBI Circular dated July 13, 2023the Company is required to clarify following:??1. Detailed Reasons for Resignation
2. Date of appointment/cessation (as applicable) & term of appointment3. Resignation Letter as per sub-para 7C of Para A of Part A Schedule III of SEBI LODR 2015
